Important Information Regarding NCL's Pride of Aloha
Norwegian Cruise Line has announced that, effective May 11, 2008, the Pride of Aloha will be withdrawn from their fleet. All customers that are booked to travel on the Pride of Aloha on May 11, 2008 and beyond will be contacted by our Customer Service team, in order of departure date, so that they may discuss alternative options.

NCL has advised us that they are holding space aside aboard the Pride of America for all guests booked to travel on the Pride of Aloha on May 11, 2008 and beyond. Customers may transfer to a Pride of America sailing, during the same week they were scheduled to sail on the Pride of Aloha but departing one day earlier, at the same cruise fare they had paid for their Pride of Aloha sailing. Additionally:

  • Guests will receive one $100 onboard credit per person (maximum $200 credit per stateroom)

  • For guests who have made their airfare and/or hotel arrangements through NCL, NCL will protect the rates they have already paid and cover the cost of any air or hotel change fees

  • For guests who made independent airfare arrangements, NCL will cover up to the first $100 per person of any increase in air costs and cover up to $75 per person in air change fees

  • For guests who made independent hotel arrangements, NCL will cover up to $25 per person in hotel change fees
Guests who rebook any other NCL cruise by March 7, 2008 are also eligible to receive one $100 onboard credit per person (maximum $200 credit per stateroom). Additionally, NCL will cover up to $75 per person in air change fees and up to $25 per person in hotel change fees. Guests may also cancel their cruise and receive a full refund if NCL is notified by March 7, 2008. After March 7, cancellation fees will apply in accordance with NCL's cancellation policy.

We understand our customers concerns and appreciate their patience while we work to assist all passengers as efficiently as possible.
